MISSION: The mission of SEAPCO is to partner with member districts and families to prepare students with diverse educational needs to be productive citizens in society.
VISION: While carrying out our mission, SEAPCO will establish and maintain a standard of excellence for the delivery of programing and services, utilizing a collaborative approach between special education and general education.
